Thanks for sharing. I spent some time with customer service chat afterwards and it sounds like they have a policy of not contacting the driver following delivery - seemingly no consequences for drivers who take off with food orders. Totally agreed on restaurant delivery, this most recent experience was out of desperation as most restaurants were closing. Lesson learned…

I think we’ll plan a similar approach from now on. Pretty shameless moves on the drivers’ parts.
