my sister lives near 4th and ritner and saw a black cat near her house this morning. she was wondering if she should feed him. if she sees him again i’ll let you know! i hope it is spooky and you can be reunited!

edit: she said he had no collar but was very meow-y. he could have slipped the collar though?

imo the eagles losing is a lot worse than the phillies losing. i don’t know anything about soccer so i have no opinion about that. but the phillies were hardly expected to beat the cardinals in the wild card round, so making it to the world series was surprising in the first place. the eagles blew it though

i had a good year despite working on the night shift basically all year, which i despised. i’m allowed to go back to day shift starting mid january. i got to go to game 3 of the NLDS and i won diamond club tickets to game 5 of the world series. i completed another year of school and am pretty close to getting my associates degree. and my brother and his GF welcomed the most adorable baby boy in august and i love him so much. i have almost reached my goal of reading 25 books…i hope to before midnight!

as a native philadelphian i find it severely irritating when people claim to be from philly but are actually from bryn mawr, or deptford, or somewhere in delaware even. if i was not from philadelphia but one of these surrounding areas, i would say i was from the greater philadelphia area, or the suburbs of philadelphia.
