City beautification efforts, like removing billboards, planting trees and landscaping along medians, and creating more public "third places." Would also like to see more mixed use zoning and for the love of god no more fucking carwashes.

Sure, MAYBE if it was like carved or laser etched or something that actually required a craftsmans tools or techniques. But this is just stencils on a piece of wood. Even if it wasn't butt ugly, stencil lettering on wood should never warrant that price.

Something has changed with their phone system. Idk if it's related to the location change or what. I am an established patient and tried calling the doctor 2 weeks ago. Could never get through to the automated system to leave a message. Phones would just ring and ring until it hung up.

I miss when their breakfast buffet was decent. It got real bad several years ago and now I think they don't even do breakfast anymore
