Does traffic destroy the streets? I assumed it was more the weather. It would seem that we should by now have the capability to create roads that withstand cars! Lol like just build something that is designed to actually function as it should.

Living in JC is easier, nicer, more open space and more chill. Only downside is if you want a ton of arts/concerts/cultural activities right in your neighborhood.. BK is just so much bigger JC cant compare on that but improving each year tbh

Downtown Jc is verywalkable, I walk or bike everywhere. It’s not nyc, but it’s more of a home, and it’s super walkable, more than essentially any other place in America except other city centers. Great place to live. If you want nightlife two blocks away it’s not nyc. If you don’t need that it’s better IMO. If you want to b more in the center of specifically nyc then you are not going to get that.

But it checks north east walkable city vibes. So much so that when I go visit Florida or CA I am annoyed that I can’t walk places.

Also, always check the goodrx coupons. Many times it’s cheaper than using insurance

I always felt like harborside could house something like this. I picture that it could be similar to the shops at Columbus circle, which has a kind of mall and upscale restaurants.

The owner was an old guy , he passed away. His family still owns building. I don’t know much more than that. Prime location for any bakery, bagel shop type business. Outdoor seating there would be great.

Karaoke is needed and I really think it would do well around here?? We’ve got a bar scene , nightlife and mad Asians. Why does it not exist
