In theory, having the AMR would be able to determine theft of service cases, lowering the overall cost.

From a prior job responsibility (verifying potential address for gas work), on any given list, there would a decent number of locations (based upon AMR data) that theft of services was occurring

Can support this; PVD to DTW to KAUS. 90 Min on the first leg and five hour transit time (four hours corrected for the time zone change)

Funny enough, the Boss was still not happy (rather I spend more time in the airports on connections getting a flight into Killeen instead of having to pay two guys two hours each to roundtrip to Austin)

Not advised; was working as a chauffeur for about three and a half years. Was picking somebody up at E terminal. A non-livery car entered the lot and the driver went into the terminal. Less than ten min later, the car was ticketed and towed.

From experience looking at BGE projects as a contractor.

The most typically approach with an older leaky pipe (usually cast iron) is essentially inserting a plastic pipe into it (not sure if it's pipe relining). The older residential stuff usually is 3/4" to 3" inner diameter.

Fun fact, when looking at some information on the BGE system, one of the oldest still in use pipe dates back to the late 1890's.

As a student flying the Cessna 172 (Single Engine Small Plane), we only really use it if the crosswind will make 23 a bit too challenging. I've landed perhaps a handful of times on 16

Edit: Engines have become quieter. The first time flying (25 years ago this week) was on a 737-200 (N305DL) with JT8D's (first generation Turbo Jets, low bypass). Hearing the engines spool up to Takeoff power, it screams power, but it is like a V8 with a straight pipe

To compliment blahberry's comments
1a, there is a section between Lois Farm and Hopkins Hollow that is nearly impassable (the row is nearly reclaimed by nature, with a decent amount of standing water). West of Lois Farm is a (recently) improved dirt ROW out to the state line, with points east of Log Bridge fully paved to (Nearly) Cranston St in Cranston.

On the CT side, there is old asphalt that runs for some distance from 14A (though It does discontine by the time it crosses RT14 in Sterling, Nonetheless the original ROW has been built over in Mossup (where it crosses over Main St and it just a dirt path along Plainfield Rd under I-395 at MilePost 31.4. West of it (up to the current Providence and Worcester Yard). It's Impassable
