I've seen many a high dollar antique ruined because someone sanded through veneer. You're absolutely correct that it is incredibly easy to do accidentally

Are you aware of Leatherman NOT honoring their products and warranties? I'm honestly curious

Grew up farming and myself, uncle, and grandfather all had multiple Leathermans sent in for repair (and returned fully cleaned and sharpened) or outright replaced over the years.

I prefer Leatherman personally but I also know that Gerber was the one with the military contract when my unit went to Afghanistan. It was a solid tool but there's just something about Leatherman for me. Probably nostalgia n whatnot but still.

I have owned tons of other Gerber products tho
