You ever heard of the saying “Don’t put all your eggs in one basket”? Either the elite win by default or the common folk get a chance to fight. I for one am always for the latter.
That’s why we try to draft laws protecting the common folk from the government and the elite. And much of our misery has to do with us failing to do so

And once it gets big enough they’ll have to rely on donations
And once they get even bigger they will have the advertisers knocking on their door with bags of cash
And once they get even bigger the feds and copyright holders will be knocking on their door for all the unmoderated content that’s on the platform
