In china they guy which do the street justication would be beaten.
Why?
"John Rabe" a german nazi diplomatic in ww2 which saved many chinese people from bombings with the nazi flag. I think he is considered as a national hero there and the flag is more a symbol of safety.
Just a reminder other countries other histories.
