Indeed, Mr. Krabs has nothing on the keepers of the beloved Bulkie recipe. The 2 recipes I've worked with get close... but not quite. Thanks for sharing another idea!

Yup... my uncle and friends back there say there are a number of places carrying on the tradition, but for the life of me, I can't get a recipe!

S&S website says they're sourcing their bulkies from Culpepper's Bakery on Cambridge Street... if you wanted them even fresher!
