Iirc when my wife changed her name, you start with the ssa to get a new Social Security card. Then you can start your driver's license and passport and such.

I don't think courts are involved in name changes due to marriage.

Protip: if you convert your card to be on your phone, bus drivers will wave you on 90% of the time, cause the bus fare boxes really hate phone payments. And the bus drivers dgaf.

I mean, you can pretty much just walk into buses for free anyway, but this way you can get the karma for attempting to pay.

We have really bad service with att in our Carver Langston home, too. Wifi calling is a savior.

Att briefed our ANC bout a year ago, and showed a heat map of their signal strength. Was surprisingly spotty for such an urban, relatively flat area. But cause their antennas are so low, there's lots of attenuation from low hills and masonry buildings.

Also, whoever flipped my house used chicken wire behind the drywall for some reason. So I'm sure that adds some faraday shielding as well.
