I pull the Indeed submissions for my company. Rest assured we never read those messages. We will check messages for a particular applicant only if we've otherwise already been in contact with the applicant. A direct message stating you want to work here is deemed redundant by our team. Our initial assumption is you want to work here and that's why you've applied. It isn't until we leave messages that go unanswered that we realize you just wanted a place to fill out for your unemployment voucher. I would much rather make a few unanswered phone calls than to rifle through dozens of messages.
