Reply to Was reading something related to Rock Salt mining. In places like the Himalayas where rock salt mining is done in cold temperatures, a lot of miners report burns. Why is it so that salt burns in a colder surroundings? Would it be the same reason why the salt ice challenge was so dangerous? by vvdmoneymuttornot
ice doesnt traditionally remove temperature from your body well as its a solid and needs a phase change to do so so the temperature of the surface is usually around 0c where it contacts the skin.
salt lowers the freexzing temperature so that the ice melts at a lower temp and so when it touches skin it melts at -5 or -10 or colder, now that surface is so far below freezing it can quickly freeze cells in your skin causing ruptures just like burning as your cells arent filled with salt to stop them freezing

But that's you tho. Everyone's usage is different. I pretty much only use the kettle to boil water for cooking so max once a day. And I was going off a bright large TV that are generally less energy efficient but 100-200w covers most. It's all about usage and use times.

this is pretty basic right? a kettle uses 3000w for 1-2min but a tv uses 100-200w but continuously for hours... so 100-200*2 hrs or 3000*0.033 or 400 wh vs 99wh

depends where you are. if youre close the time difference between quake and detection is low, further away the more time between it happening and the shockwaves arriving

No there's no legal protection for entering a women's toilet or even for women entering the men's. It's about what you do and what you intend. If you just go in, use the cubicle and leave without any intent to cause harm or distress you have commited no offense
