Maybe try using someone else’s phone or a computer to test them.

I’d say the issue is with something other than the earbuds. Maybe your phone, maybe you have something changed in settings.

I can’t think of a single earbud/headphone I’ve work that couldn’t make my ears ring if I turned the volume up too high for too long and I’ve tried a LOT. Idk what you mean.
