Recipe:
Braised pork: Pork belly, star anise, cloves, cinnamon sticks, oyster sauce, light and dark soy sauce, rock sugar, ginger, garlic and big red onion, Chinese cooking wine (Hua Tiao Chiew). Cook pork belly over low heat until soft.
Steamed buns: All purpose flour, water, sugar, yeast, cooking oil, salt. Knead dough into shape, steam dough.
