WCM?
Hm.
Canton Waterfront ticks the 'W' and 'C'. But not the M and not in order.
West Covington ticks the 'W' and 'C' as well, but not the M.

I don't know of any park with WCM as the initials. Here's the list:

If you have kids or could borrow someone else', the kids cruise on the Pirate boat during the day on weekends is excellent and very well done. They do a great job.

Foghorns is the right answer, if they were in fact boats and not the train. It was quite foggy last night which is a major hazard to navigation on the water.

The problem could be between the water line on the road and your house... but outside. Fingers crossed for you!

Absolutely not a problem. Used to commute on it daily for like, 5 years.
Are you trying to get to the venue by 7/730 or the lightrail by then? Either way, i used to ride it around that hour from Timonium down to Baltimore street... no issues.

There's no such thing. And a marina wouldn't be a park. :(
