Well if you find several of these in your private spot every morning what other option is there? Calling the company 5 times a week is not practical.

I was downvoted for asking if there is an alternate contact for the company other than their app. There is some weird astroturfing for Spin here.

I asked a few questions about impounding these if you find them on your own private lot. You can definitely impound them and charge a storage fee as long as you follow state law found here:
Towing operation and storage: https://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/legis/li/uconsCheck.cfm?yr=2012&sessInd=0&act=110
Private parking lot: https://www.pacodeandbulletin.gov/Display/pacode?file=/secure/pacode/data/067/chapter212/s212.115.html
Your local municipality may have additional policies for impounding.
The key is you need to have visible signage, clearly marked private parking spaces, and have a policy for storing and releasing vehicles.
It seems that unless people are leaving these in the area designated a parking lot where the signage is posted that it may be hard to impound these the same way you would a motor vehicle.

How does impounding work in PA? Is a scooter considered a motor vehicle? Do you need a towing permit? I've been towed before and laws seems to be very skewed towards the impound.

Is it legal to impound these until the company pays for their release? I find these on private property all the time and I'm considering doing this if I find them on my own property.

I've never had this issue they've always honored the post mark date.

People think I'm old school paying with checks but the fact is the law provides you significantly more rights and protections paying by check via USPS than any automated payment system.

This is why there are so many illegal guns on the street. How many other Sheriff Deputy's around the state are selling hot weapons? How many are stolen by police themselves and resold?

Apparently not being an anti-Semite like Mastriano is cause enough to be called "Crazy".
How the hell did the GOP get to the point where they are openly embracing anti-Semitism in a state with such a large Jewish population?

I don't understand how a Pennsylvanian could vote for this guy. Why would he ever support PA over NJ when all of his American assets are in NJ including his kids? How do we know he'll be loyal to the US when he is very active in Turkish politics?

This doesn't matter anymore. Ted Cruz went to the Supreme Court and they changed campaign finance law that now candidates can use donations from 3rd parties to pay off their own campaign loans.
The GOP just continues to aid and abed corruption.

I know I agree with everything you said. The fact Oz is considered a serious candidate and has support in PA both amazes and scares me. If he was a democrat he would have zero support. If he didn't win the Republican primary he would have zero support. The fact that he is a Republican means that people will vote for him even if he represents nothing about the people putting him in power.

I point out to every Republican I know that Dr Oz is a turkish nationalist who actively funds and supports Turkish politics including hosting his entire extended family at one of many Turkish villas/compounds throughout Turkey. They always say "I didn't know that." but then attack Fetterman like its a competition.
