Last year I spent almost a week partying with a group of miscreants and Ketamine. Great time, for the last night, on a dance floor a woman was rubbing my face with a vibrator abs the sky wasn't as dark as it used to be, so I excused myself, slept until 7am, packed up, and hitchhiked home by 11am, where I took over baby care from my partner and we had a family day at the beach complete with some non alcoholic beers. In short Ketakine gets an A+ rating from me.

I'm sure their are lots of things , probably some of the more dumbass woke people, like the people who think sayings like "the pot calling the kettle black" is racist. There is no apples to apples comparison though. Because the crazies don't make it all the way to the too. Right now being a nut job is requisite to gathering favor among the right wingers. So it's really a totally different environment that we all are living in

your over thinking it. Remember when you were 7 or 8 years old? and you thought that you were right and everyone who thought you were wrong was an idiot? There is nothing more to understand, my buddy was bitching about the government making people do something or whatever, and I asked about how come they all were insisting on MAKING people swear to the flag, and say "under God" in school. He was like "I don't understand why anyone would not want to say the pledge of allegiance" It didn't compute, didn't matter. They want to win, they are right, you are wrong, the principles which they hold dear only apply, like the bible, if and when they want them to and how they want them too. Don't over think it, people, like animals, do what they do

Learn how to caulk with the noiseless cut square, not diagonal, and run the opposite direction you're used to, steady hands, pushing whatever product you get out into the gap with the rounded edge of the nuzzle shaping your beadninstead of mashing it with your finger

It's hard to say, I would hire a builder, that's what I am. Someone with local experience, some of these things can get pretty regional depending on where you are. Where I live there is a section of town built on an old landfill, so sometimes the foundation under all or part of the house sinks. You have to do detective work, look for cracks, we're those cracks repaired? Have the repairs re cracked? Maybe it stopped moving years ago. Just jacked up a friend's house that settled, groundwater collecting under part of the house, it sand a few inches, buy no signs of recent movement, cracks not growing more

A lot of these answeres are good, but you really need to find out why it is sagging, and if the reason it is settling is finished. Like did something rot? Is it still rotting? Did the foundation settle? Is it stillttlig. As for jacking back into position, vs leveling the floor, jacking may fix other problems, or may cause other problems, and if you level rhe floor, then have to jack the house later, then the floor will be out again. Fun stuff! Also look outside then house, is there a broken downspout, or some other water issue out there?
