Yeah you can but it only last 3 months instead of 3 years apparently. You’ll need to go to branch with your id and a piece of mail.

I imagine the folk to cheap to buy or forgetful of their totes just take and use the baskets as bags. Notice these weren’t around recently but never thought about why.
