Every state department of motor vehicles publishes a rules of the road booklet available for free at any licensing office, that gives guidelines on how far ahead you should activate your signal.

BUT

If you are coming out of a driveway never make assumptions about the signals of the cross-traffic: the drivers may be aiming for another driveway past you and you would cause an accident if you pull out in front of them. Source: real life.

I guarantee the “victim” did it to himself. The prior dispute, the lack of franchise video evidence, the lengthy delay between bringing the food home and eating it, the prompt vomiting inconsistent with ingestion of modern rat poisons but perfectly consistent with traditional misconceptions about rat poison’s immediate effects, the “victim” refusing to cooperate with police…

Search the guy’s basement and you’ll find an open box of rat poison identical to what was found in the food.

Burn the heretic!

But seriously in all the years I've had ceiling fans I've never noticed a difference. Ceiling fans are nothing more than air mixers. They do not blow a well-defined column of warm air down from the ceiling that keeps us on the floor warmer, nor do they pull cool air up from the floor to make us feel cooler. Or maybe it's the other way around I can't remember. But either way the whole ceiling fan thing sounds like a marketing ploy by ceiling fan manufacturers.

Besides they blow things off of tables/desks/countertops and in a kitchen with a gas stove they mess with the burners. If I had the money I'd get rid of all of mine.
