Chin Family Grocery on Sunshine and Glenstone, next to Cook's Appliance. Proper carbon steel, good design, think Williams Sonoma. Much better quality than anything at Asian World or Seoul. And yes, spend some time seasoning it.

Corner 21 is absolutely like you flew to Shanghai or Taipei for a meal. Keep in mind it'll cost about the same. Bao-bao does a 'traditional' style on many of their dishes. Pho Kim if you want to try Banh Mi sammies. Best hidden Mexican: Taqueria Cachanilla or Leslie's
