Not going to lie, when I was young growing up in NOVA this is what I felt. I distinctly remember that everyday felt cloudy and grey. Was lucky enough to live in Atlanta, Chicago, SW Virginia, Southeast PA and never really felt that same feeling in any other location. Now that I’ve moved back to DC though I really only notice/despise the constant humidity in the warmer months. All this to say that I think it’s relative 😂
