Like people enjoy taking pot shots at post modernist art without taking into account the environment in which it was created and what it was reacting to. But stopping to read the context helps understand why it was produced.

Oh I do this all the time at every gallery. The context in which art was produced is important to understanding it. I see too many people making quick circles through galleries and not reading anything.

And then you're gonna come, and you're gonna get mad, at fucking men. They keep doing that shit. Why are you yelling at us? It's not our fucking job. It's not my fucking job to give a fuck about women's soccer. Okay? I have men's sport to pay attention to. This is your bullshit!"

I don't have a lot of things I fear but genuinely, mascots are like, the one thing. I remember as a child even, they just disturbed me. I'll never forget my mother trying to guide me over to see Governor Ratcliffe and I just started losing my shit.

If you've never gone consistently to the gym before then right now you are in the process of habit building. The important part will be to make it there on a consistent basis. Establish set times and days you will go and don't waiver. Maybe one day you don't have the will to go as long as normal? That's okay, you went. But you have to commit to it for weeks, months really, until it's habit. Until you're not going for the highs but because it's a part of your routine. You're not always going to feel great about going to the gym. There was one day last week where I was barely able to stay in the gym 45 minutes and only ran four miles. Exhausted, I just said "no mas." But I went back the next day, and the next, because it's a habit. It's okay to not go as hard some days but at this early stage you need to be committed to habit building.

Everyone's going to hate on the term "underrated." So will I, but I'll offer an alternative phrase. It's underviewed, and that's because it is on Apple TV. Which is a shame because it is firmly in my top ten shows as of right now.
