Learn the chording, which is foundational to theory. Get used to intervals, 1st and 3rd, 1st and 5th, et cet. This will key your mind to know which note to play based on how it sounds. Play along with the radio or songs you like and experiment with playing with what they play and eventually, you will make up your own stuff to play along with. Playing by ear and improvisation are tightly connected.

Reply to Rutgers University scientists found that acute COVID infection disrupts a healthy balance between good and bad microbes in the gut, especially with antibiotic treatment. by glawgii
Why are they prescribing antibiotics for a viral infection? Of course the intestinal flora will change from the antibiotics. The food we intake has the most influence on the gut. Americans eat like garbage so expect a bad balance of microbes. There is no way around this. Antibiotics are overused and ultimate caveat emptor in the way they are prescribed. I do think the doctors should really fix this issue.

Watch the time lapse movements of plants, they move very similar to animals when the speeds are matched. If you dont move, some plants will surround and consume you.

Reply to I’m the singer but I can’t sing by Reevle
A musician will always benefit by studying more, so lessons will help. At least go through some youtube videos and explore new techniques that work for you? I can sing, but it is very limited to blues and rock. When I try to sing nice and sweet to my woman, its sounds bad.
