I would love to know what's involved in cleaning up superfund sites. Is it actually cleaned, or is the whole thing sealed in an impermeable membrane and paved over?

The cold will kill most of the spotted lanternflies. The only ones that survive are the ones not affected by the cold. Which means in a couple years, our official state bug will be active all year round. Then we can draw region maps of how we kill spotted lanternflies:
Your Region: Yes
Neighboring Region: Yes
Region You Don't Like: season our pork roll before eating it
Shore: Yes
