The OP is definitely not claiming that ChatGPT is a narrow super intelligence. He is claiming that we have created narrow super intelligences in some domains, such as playing chess or go among some other tasks (where we have created AI that exceeds what the best humans can achieve in those areas).

I don't understand - are you comparing the efficiency of solar cells at converting sunlight into electricity to the efficiency of an ICE at converting hydrocarbons to mechanical motion? Aren't those completely different types of processes with no relation to each other?
