Why wouldn't it be admissible? It was for public consumption

Do they really need someone to flip? Hasn't he basically admitted to fraud in the interviews he has done recently

I have all the money and everything, credit score is perfect. The coop will be on my name and hers since she’s unemployed for now. Will they accept us? They already accepted our offer. by [deleted]
It's very possible they'll be fine. Hard to give an answer either way without knowing which building it is since each one has it's own set of rules

Interesting that you factor in rates, but not the fact that it went from a 2/1, 870 sqft to a 3/2, 1700 sqft

This is a good thing. They should acknowledge/celebrate other holidays as well. So, the opposite of racist?

Ok? I wasn't saying not to give off for holidays. I was saying they shouldn't pick and choose which ones

If they give off holidays for one faith or background, they should give off for all, or none

There are so many rules, as Real estate agents, that we have to follow and seem dumb. Then you remember people are shitty and, while most people won't do the wrong thing, too many will (or will try)

This has always been the case.
Your other point re; DOT specific employee numbers vs general city employees is valid, though

Aren't there still more gov't employees in the city compared to any other mayor not named DeBlasio?
