The only investment I've seen is the new garden on 103, the new signs for his stuff, The Calcutta Express bus and bringing in migrant workers for the golf course. I used to do greens keeping under Rodney Williams when Okemo still owned the golf course. It was always local young guys and a few girls taking care of that course. Can't tell me investing in the area is bringing in new workers for less pay.

Troy Caruso is an investment banker from I believe NYC. He did buy and change the name of The Outback but also bought Sam's, Darcy's and the golf course. I want to say he owns a few more but those are the ones I can confirm.

I feel like Ludlow is gonna be a terrible place to live in a few more years. Troy Caruso bought every thing in town basically and Vail owning the mountain there's very little locally owned business in town now. But I guess that's most of Vermont overall now.
