The hinges are mostly broken.
Most say to just make it shorter. Easier said than done :D

i posted this on another community and that one allowed me to post pictures. Not so old when it's not even 24h..

That is indeed true. The gap is very short. What bothers me is that with the old hinges this kinda of worked, with all of the new ones the door always does a little movement to the exterior (wall side) that collides with the "frame".
Adding to that nothing is actually squared, everything is bent in some way. Very poor workmanship.
