If you ate a 5mg bit of edible, you'll feel a lite lifting of mood in about an hour. 10mg and you'll probably be tripping. 20mg and you'll be heading to stoned. Above that, well, it will be over in a bit. lol
Edibles take about two hours to be fully digested so you'll feel more and more intensity and then peak followed by a slow easing off that may last several hours.

Highly doubtful that any of this steady drip leak are coming from CSIS. Russia and China are both deep into this kind of manipulations. But the plotting is all on them. If politicians knowingly took money from them then they should be investigated. Otherwise this is just another smear campaign against Liberals conveniently forgetting other partys might have received money too.
