If it's metal powder (like aluminum, it is nearly harmless).

I don't know its chemical composition.

Fun fact ... observe your fingers after touching Lindt's gold themed paper packaging. Fingers get the glitter, which perhaps ends in the stomach tract or pollutes the environment.
