As is Germany, due to eagerness to reduce dependence on Russian natural gas. Although I've heard it's been a relatively mild winter in that part of the world thus far. Hopefully that will mean a shortfall in funds for the Russian war machine via Gazprom, and less fossil fuels in general being burned for heat in the Eurosphere this cold season.
