Thanks so much! If you like the experience of painting, I would recommend acrylics because they dry faster and you can always modify the content/colors with water. Sketching can also be therapeutic. Eric Kandel, the Nobel prize-winning neuroscientist up at Columbia has fascinating books on the brain and art. It's pretty intriguing research

Thank you! The Met is probably my favorite place in the city, but unfortunately they don't let you take anything home lol So I think unconsciously I wanted to produce a work that had that inspiration but also my own imagination. I wish Reddit let users share more photos to show the true dimensions!

Thank you! Yeah it's enormous and I've been several times but still haven't seen every object. It's a city within a city lol My favorite wing is the Egyptian....absolutely awe-inspiring
