I'll use cheddar, swiss, gouda, mozzarella, and whatever else cheese I have on hand... But still it's gotta have at least 1 slice of fake cheese for the gooey goodness.

Margherita has fresh basil, slices of fresh mozz and San marzano tomatoes. This is just cheese pizza.

Still delicious. Just not margherita.
