That sounds so good. I'm definitely going to pick that up on my grocery run tomorrow. I just made it again and made a sauce with mayo and that asian garlic chili paste I had on hand and that was really good. I can't wait to try it with the real aji amarillo sauce. I didn't know there was a topping! I had to look that up and it looks delicious. I'll have to add that next time. When I had it in Peru it was just plain but maybe I'm misremembering.

Oh plenty of salt on here! And I had a side of ketchup but tomato sauce sounds interesting as well

I didn't know there was mayonnaise on it! That sounds delicious! I'll have to try that next time. When I had it in Peru I think it was just the dogs and fries but maybe I'm forgetting.
