These assholes tried to peg me and I can easily assume, other people for various “charges” that they conjured up citing “lease violations.” We did not break any rules in the lease and checked them on that. This is a multi-property multi-state holding company. They suck.

In other news, are you just a generic isopod or another sort?

I can also only hope they fix up the property. The amount of active water damage though…

I would see how you fare at Trek (Newington), Bicycles East (Glastonbury), and of course I forgot what the Berlin store is called. They’d be a better choice to call and see what’s up.

I should have split that sentence- my mistake. Dude was very adamant about his anti-bird stance. But there was also an issue with musical/human party noise carrying due to the water and the residents would complain. Like I stated, it was a weird meeting and I left knowing I wouldn’t be using their services.

This was high on our wedding places to choose. They are a wedding factory which is fine. The food was good - nothing too extravagant - I went there for a different event.

But the guy talking to me about my potential wedding kept trash talking teachers and how cheap we are. Guy, I was trying to give you money?? It wasn’t as memorable aside from that. Tons of Canadian geese on the lawn and they had strict noise requirements within the neighborhood.

I can tell you that you need to make sure there’s a “run” open air aspect (covered in chicken wire on three sides) which has a door to connect to their closed home (the part that looks like a shed). Make sure the door for you to get in is large enough for your body. You can use real shingles on the roof parts or the specialized asphalt.
