I should have split that sentence- my mistake. Dude was very adamant about his anti-bird stance. But there was also an issue with musical/human party noise carrying due to the water and the residents would complain. Like I stated, it was a weird meeting and I left knowing I wouldn’t be using their services.

I can tell you that you need to make sure there’s a “run” open air aspect (covered in chicken wire on three sides) which has a door to connect to their closed home (the part that looks like a shed).
