Both The Road and No Country for Old Men films were like someone recorded the images in my head while reading the books. Incredible adaptations that valued the feelings those books evoked.

Proof-of-stake changes the way blocks are verified using the machines of coin owners, so there doesn't need to be as much computational work done. The owners offer their coins as collateral—staking—for the chance to validate blocks and then become validators.
Validators are selected randomly to confirm transactions and validate block information. This system randomizes who gets to collect fees rather than using a competitive rewards-based mechanism like proof-of-work.

Reply to Warrior Nun Season 2 review: Action-packed, thoughtful and a must watch on Netflix by Sicalis
Warrior Nun is one of Netflix's "let's name it exactly what it is" titles that probably throws a big audience because of it. (Looking at you, "Teenage Bounty Hunters")
It's a very good show, far better than it has any right to be yet not good enough to be must-watch TV. S2 is better than S1, so if you're looking for a fun action-adventure this'll fit the bill.

Despite the relentless negative posts on /r/television, everyone I've ever talked to about this show really enjoyed it. I personally thought it was the best Lord of the rings production since Rankin Bass' The Hobbit.

Reply to The first season of Game of Thrones:House of Dragon has ended. What is your opinion about it? by mrnicegy26
When I realized it was essentially Downton Abbey with dragons, it went from must-watch to yeah-ok-I'll-watch. My biggest complaint is that IMO almost nothing happened. Episode one is a great set up showing obvious tension over who will inherit the throne, and then it's nine episodes of people talking about who will inherit the iron throne, and then it's not raynera or whatever her name is because of course it isn't.
I'm glad lots of people like this show because i love the genre and its success means I'm more likely to get shows like it that i enjoy more.
Oh and because i love me some downvotes, i thought Rings of Power was far more enjoyable to watch from beginning to end. Far better action, better storyline, better characters, and better pacing. (But definitely not better acting...)

Netflix continues to be the best overall streaming service without giving a cracked nut about the folks who can't let OA/SCD go. Looks like it's time to buy more NFLX, again.

Well if you've seen the movies, reading the books will likely be like reading subtitles for your memories. They are just incredibly faithful adaptations.
