Fun(?) fact, my high school boyfriend made me a stick figure equivalent of this drawing and dropped it off at my house the day after I broke up with him

I met some up in northern Minnesota. Took like all of 10 minutes of standing outside to get them eating out of my hand. They’re so cute and fluffy too ❤️

Yep, it’s a more limited menu but since it’s takeout only it’s usually pretty quick to get your food.

The Shaws in Sopo has a “warm beer” aisle. I get that they’re distinguishing room temp beer from chilled, but I still find it weird that they go so far as to label it “warm”.

This reminds me of books I used to make as a kid! Mine were usually more about cute fluffy imaginary creatures, but I liked spooky stuff as well. I still love art and writing now as an adult, hope your son will too :)

My family has always done squash on thanksgiving! We usually boil and then purée it with butter - similar to mashed potatoes but it tends to come out softer and wetter. Lately we’ve gotten more into roasted squash, but we’ll usually use something like delicata for that since butternut isn’t always great roasted.
