It's so bad in Navy Yard. It's because in all of these huge apartment complexes it seems like more people have dogs than don't. Maybe it's controversial, but I feel like people used to be more careful about having large breeds in small spaces. Seems like no one cares anymore.

The Art League in Alexandria has great classes.

I toured Novel in navy yard and remarked on how quiet it was. The leasing agent claimed they have concrete in between each unit, seemed quite soundproof. Nice building.

Maybe that lines up with what I saw… two police officers dousing their faces in bottled water and a few minutes later a man being wheeled out on a stretcher with something around his face. Maybe he was maced or something. Hope everyone is ok.
