It's a single dose, manufactured in incredibly small amounts - a few dozen a year. From what I've gathered it looks like the price is intended to recoup research costs. That said, the burden to pay really should be covered or at the very least VERY heavily subsidized by the government.

There are some other super obvious things, like how those dams interfere with salmon habitats and natural river flows. And how we have the technology to generate clean energy elsewhere. And that we have more than enough resources store water somewhere else.

It took almost 1 hour from the moment i stepped foot in park to getting kicked off at DTX. Then another 40 before hitting my station. It's like they try to find a new low every day.
