All comments on cost aside, these modern, stick built apartments that are getting slapped up everywhere in the country are ugly as fuck.

I lived in New haven.
I would agree that there are more good pizza places in New haven than Worcester, but there's pizza here that's just fine.
Eat what you like but This is just pizza snobbery no different than how New Yorkers call the best pizza in Connecticut New Yorks worst.

We don't seem to have issues with it it, thankfully. Though tbh, I got a toter bin with a proper hinged lid on it when I moved into my house and it's significantly better than anything the city has ever given me. Never had a problem with it getting collected too.
The green one from the city is just secondary.

No. If anything he's probably being underpaid for the scope of work and authority given he could probably take an easier job and make double that working for private rail companies or something.
