It is a shame how some companies don't consider IT to be an asset. There are a number of places where off the shelf and consultants rule the land and they then wonder why the hell it is difficult to get a simple task done

Who remembers the state owned garage that you had to go to do get your emissions test done. That sucked

You have to have an address in the other county. A PO box in said other county may work.
I thought all counties now had emissions

And seat belt pretensioners are in every car that has airbags. I guess either the carpet goes up high on the b post or the tensioner sits low
