Take a slight detour a couple of exits north on 295 on the way back. Grab some pizza at the Hamilton delorenzos. Famous for a reason. It’s about 5 minutes from the 129/295 connection. You could also hit up Palermo’s on 206 in bordentown for great pizza and Italian. Both joints are BYOB.
There are also some casual pub food type places with alcohol in bordentown itself. About a 5 minute detour from the highway.

But Rt. 31 from Lawrence up through to Hopewell or thereabouts is a beautiful drive in the fall.

I grew up eating brothers pizza. They were the shop that showed me what a proper calzone should be.

Not really - I think those were meant more to inspire hope by humanity than to actually get results. Kind of the same deal with radio waves - we just assume that aliens will be able to receive them. Best analogy I heard was to imagine that we are ants and alien life forms are humans. There is very little in ant communication methods (pheromones, touch, vision, etc.) that would be perceptible by humans. We just have different technological bases.
That said, at the end of the day it's all we can do. Better to do something than nothing. There is a chance that since we're all subject to the same fundamental forces in the universe, maybe something will stick.

95 the whole way. It’s a pretty straight shot. Break it into a two day trip and it’s pretty easy.

I like Rick but was always surprised Taft wasn’t getting more. Maybe he gave them an ultimatum.
Does this mean that Rick will have the 5 and 11? It’s a weird way to break up the programming. I wonder if Brian keeps the noon and 4 shows. Maybe Sara Bloomquist takes the noon by herself, Brian gets 4 and 6, and Rick gets 5 and 11?

Reply to Is there any practical reason to use the turnpike over RT 295 once you are south of exit 5? by Acceptable_Reading21
Obviously If you're starting north of exit 5 it makes a lot of sense. If you're south, the only reason would be to avoid the 42 interchange which honestly isn't super bad going away from Philly. A lot of volume but it does tend to move. 295 south of that interchange is almost always clear sailing.

It’s clear after a number of uncanny predictions that we should be using the Simpsons as a guide for what is to come in the future.
I therefore propose a monorail.

Mmhmm. Definitely not grifters. No way there is anything shady going on in a $3B pitch about Atlantic City made by a couple of guys from Philly. The only thing that would make it more legit would be if Donald Trump were attached to the project.

I love the area. Not as crowded or urban as up north but not a piney wasteland like down south.
I feel like there should be a separate designation for the region. Not north. Not south. Something different.
