Yeah it really depends on the org and position. My best network was made remotely with a big tech company. I met most of them in person 1-2 times in 2 years. My small company I worked for in person, all of those people in that network… still work for the small company.

It’s amazing. I also stayed a couple nights in Riva del Garda while I was in the area and I’ll never forget that place

I also need to get to the other islands but I love Maui so much. I’ve been three times now. Saving up for next year to extend the vacation by a few days so we can do our days like we love on Maui but then go to Kauai as well.

Yeah we got there Thursday 1/26 and barely saw the sun until Tuesday which was a tough pill to swallow on a multi thousand dollar vacation. But the place is so damn beautiful even with the clouds and rain that I just didn’t care after a bit

Seriously that’s one of the most depressing sentences I have ever read.
I know it’s expensive and unsustainable to live there for a lot of people but goddamn that just makes me sad

They’ve done this for like two decades. Most of their most popular products are acquisitions. Search and gmail are the only two exceptions I can think of.

Lol I did this on 70 a couple times when I lived in Denver. As long as the weather is fine a 4 departure on a winter Saturday gets you to the mountain parking lot at like 530-6. Grab a coffee and chill in the heat til first chair

I’ve gotten like 5 shots at this point and I caught it. I don’t know what else i am supposed to do so I just live my life. Reddit is stuck in this fairy tale land where we can shut the world down with no consequences.

Reply to comment by Krossrunner in Is it normal to pay an extra 66% of a home loan back to your bank? by TenDogsInATrenchcoat
Most banks at least in the US give you an interest amortization calendar as well since the percentage of your payment that goes towards interest is higher at the outset of the loan.
