Andy Jassy would suggest otherwise, and that time spent sit there not doing anything specific is productive time

Now we have 7 day weeks, really. That or short hours split across all times and days of the week, but just few enough hours to avoid paying certain benefits.
That's the tech company low paid contractor(eg. Uber driver) and just-in-time employment of the present.
Some people are still on 5 day weeks... Outside of answer emails on the weekend and the like, but that's not the only experience, and certainly not where jobs have been trending

The Florida man meme exists because of a good government policy around transparency in reporting what crimes the state is prosecuting.
Bring that to the rest of the US, and you will turn all of the states into Florida man. Everyone else hides their Florida men

US law applies where there's a US nexus and it's advantageous to American elites.
It doesn't apply where disadvantageous, or when a foreign country has strong sovereignty

Plenty of the world has disease as the leading cause of death for children, and as a result, most parents have much less certainty that their kids will survive to adulthood.
America's isn't the worst problem to have, and really points at how much better Americans have it than most

I don't think you need the /s
The business owner gets big props when somebody shoots up their business.
Both in terms of donations and marketing. That Colorado brewery I'm sure gets tons more business now that the owner was involved in a mass shooting.
Vs getting a bad yelp review, which is likely to reduce your business
