That issue was addressed in the agreement Boris Johnson signed.

Even if the British head of state is a member of an unelected dynasty, that's all they have, so he must be treated like Macron, Matarelli, Steinmeier, Higgins, etc. no more, no less.

The EU doesnt have a mechanism for kicking out Russian muppets like Orban because it wants to be inclusive, and will still be around when Orban is 6 feet under and just a sour memory.
