Reply to comment by Mokkiki in Driving into killington on Saturday with this storm and thinking about driving (no 4x4 this time). Few options off of 95 and asking locals which roads would be better? A) I87->149->4? B) 7-4? C) I91->103->100->4 by [deleted]
Yeah. The Woodstock Quechee exit drops you right onto Rt 4. It’s a straight shot across to Killington. It the major east west route through Vermont which means it’s more likely to be taken care of during a storm.

Reply to South Royalton controversy by roborob11
Can’t they just take it down on the grounds that it’s objectively bad art?

Lived there for a little over a year. Our balcony faced the pool. It was nice. Carpet was starting to show its age but if I remember correctly they were replacing after we moved out. It was clean and well maintained. Maintenance was very responsive the few times we needed them. When we were viewing the apartment I asked if there was an ice maker in the freezer and there wasn’t but the manager had one out in free of charge before we moved in. It’s almost doubled in size since I lived there but I would recommend.

Reach out to 1st Republic Brewery in Essex. They have music almost every Friday and Saturday night.

Billings Farm for museum. Mt Tom for hiking. Wander around the shops for a little bit. That’s about it. Long Trail Brewing in Bridgewater if you’re into beer.

He made my wife’s wedding band to shadow her engagement ring. His work was superior to what we were being offered elsewhere and he was less expensive by a lot from other places we looked.
