Talk about timing. I was just complaining about how I’m getting bored of paying $3.75 for a medium coffee in Manhattan. Is there any way I can routinely pay $4.50 for a medium drip coffee and maybe $7 for a latte?

GEORGE: Steven, nothing is higher than architect.
STEVEN: I think I'd really like to be a city planner. Why limit myself to just one building, when I can design a whole city?
WYCK: Well, that's a good point.

Closer to 900k these days. But yeah, it costs money, about $40,000 per student.

Probably should just post the underlying article rather than link to Ravitch’s ridiculous blog.

I have like 5 people doing it all day outside my apartment every day and night. Considering recording it and marketing it as an urban white noise app.

I’ve lately become bothered by what I’m paying for coffee to grind at home. I think it’s around $20 for the small bag of coffee, and that size was recently reduced. I may have to spend time looking for cheaper good coffee.
