He bought it from Amazon, he can send it back easily and get the product he actually ordered. It doesn't even need any human interaction.

I found a great way to play this is to try to be stealthy, but then if you're caught murder your way to freedom and don't reload a save unless you die. With a little care, you still wind up with low chaos.

Indeed, on the hard difficulties there are levels where you're not even allowed to knock someone out or raise suspicions.

I actually recently finished a play-through of this and realized that the best way to play is to stealth until you're caught, then be violent until you escape again. If you fail, let it fall back to the autosave, but don't reload a save just because you screwed up. It's incredibly more fun (for me) and you will likely still wind up with the low-chaos in every mission.

If that person ordered from Amazon, it's a trivial fix. Amazon actually has really good customer service about that.
