Ma’am, all due respect to your financial chops, but your view is limited.
Not everyone is solely looking at a spreadsheet to calculate their bottom line.
It may be incredibly stupid for OP to try and sell depending on outstanding financing. OP may be in a place where they absolutely require the flexibility that gig work offers, but may be limited by disability from doing the type of delivery that Amazon/UPS/etc requires. It takes maybe 4 days a week max to get $600, and you don’t necessarily put a lot of miles on your car, if you choose your trips wisely.
(OP, don’t forget to record your mileage and expenses for tax time)

OP, please don’t assume this is your neighbors. This could be anything; it could be coming from in your house, somewhere else on your street, or a major leak somewhere in your neighborhood. The Department of Health has an ecology section that investigates weird odors and that is really who should be coming out to help you. Call 311 like yesterday and let them know what’s up.
Since you have a VOC detector, even the cheapest models give a readout and keep a datalog. When they come out, show them what you have. Good luck.

You can drop things off at Our Daily Bread on Madison St.
(edit: ODB is on Fallsway but I’m pretty sure the donation box is still on Madison)

I am all for UBI, but this is the worst kind of faux benevolence.
You are discounting the potential and erasing the agency of entire groups of people based on loose statistics and economic potential. This is not a spreadsheet, it’s a community. Do you not understand how utterly backwards and repulsive this attitude is, or do you just not care?
Have you never gone through periods of growth? Have you never, after guidance and self reflection, made meaningful change?
Sometimes it takes people years, even decades. Sometimes they aren’t able to sustain it. But if they want it, they should always have the choice, they should always have the opportunity. They should never just be written off because some rando decided their stats didn’t look promising. Fucking gross.
