They ARE having a bad time. Russians were storming Bakhmut for a year at this point, and lost a shit ton of soldiers there, while their everyday progress was miniscule.

"A collection of old men, criminals, and disheartened conscripts begging to go home."
Nobody said anything like that. If anything, reddit news showed that russian soldiers will keep going to the slaughter no matter what and their human qualities are dubious at best.
And just because they are incompetent doesn't mean that they can't just throw human waves at ukranians over and over again - which is exactly what they are doing. But taking a small city (it used to have population of 40k-70k) after a YEAR of fighting and countless casualties is not a gigantic russian victory. Its only a single line of defence, and Ukraine has hundreds more, and soon western tanks will arrive. Russia taking Bakhmut is not a sign that they are "winning". Russia took Severodonetsk just a few months before Ukraine did a brilliant counter-offensive and liberated entire Kharkiv oblast and Kherson. Everyone, who is not a coping russian supporter, said ages ago, that Bakhmut no longer holds strategic value, that would be worth all these resources Russia is throwing at it.
Bakhmut served its role as a place, where ukranians could kill A LOT of russian soldiers, and now they can retreat from those ruins.

Honestly, if I would take all of these claims on face value, it would sound like NATO and USA don't have anything working that could be sent, and god knows how these militaries even exist. UK "doesn't have anything", France "doesn't have anything", Germany "doesn't have anything", USA for some reason can only give 20 HIMARS and 31 Abrams... Nobody has enough artillery and ammo for it... Its like, geez guys. What even is NATO military? In the first Gulf War all of you had so much stuff, and now it feels like nobody has anything and Ukraine is getting last scraps.

...Bruh, this article directly tells you that rockets hit all kinds of civilian houses, and barely any power stations, when in all previous attacks they hit power stations pretty regularly and pretty accurately. Do you even read, bruh? You want to tell me that all the missiles just HAPPENED to hit the houses this time?
Also, I live in fucking Kiev right next to a power station, and whenever russians are attacking power stations, I always hear anti-air working near us or missiles blowing up. This time most of them just avoided our place entirely, which is weird for an attack that is targeted at power stations.
Yes, russian missiles ARE shit, but lets not pretend as if they are above terror attacks and they just "happened" to hit schools, hospitals and civilian houses. They dropped a bomb on a theater with "children" written on it, ffs.

"Obviously, we need to ensure those Russians do not export their toxic culture to the rest of us."
Unfortunately thats exactly whats happening. Very small amount of russians actually assimilates into new socities. Most of the time they just want to enjoy quality of western life, while still having all the shitty beliefs of the russian culture. I knew a russian woman (she worked together with my mother), that had a great job in USA, she ran away from Russia cause she hated government... and she STILL excused Crimea annexation. Thats how fucked up they are. No matter what horrible things Putin would do, they would still support him just cause "its my country".
Russians are xenophobic af and nationalistic af. If you let them in, they will just shit on your head. Very small amount of russians in Germany are against the war. Very small amount of russians in USA are against the war. Most of them support it, they just don't want to be dying there.

50\50? I sure don't see pictures with hundreds of ukranian bodies just lying on the ground, like russian bodies are doing in Bakhmut. Why would they take equal number of casualties, when russian attacks are just blind zerg rushes, while ukranian attacks were smart pushes with combined arms and good strategy? Its closer to 65\35 or even 70\30.

I think people just underestimated their stockpiles. Its A LOT. They did waste a good half of it, but another half still remains. And ukranian officials constantly assuring that "russians are about to run out of missiles" are not helping. I would rather believe, that they are about to run out of army itself, than missiles.

Germany had to completely change and all of the nazi leaders were killed. And even at the height of Cold War, USSR relationships with the West were still better than now. Now russians are being seen as new nazis, and there is little hope, that their genocidal imperialistic mentality will change anytime soon.

Well, 3 of these counteis are already absolute shitholes, that can't project power anywhere and Iran is having big problems right now.
Maybe Russia won't collapse, but it will become a powerless state with non-existent economy, that doesn't decide anything outside its borders.

We, ukranians, are fighting for OUR freedom. Stop talking on our behalf, you russian bot. We want our lands back and all these "pacifists" who want peace deals that result with Russia annexing our territory can go fuck themselves.
Also, Iraq was led by a shitty dictator, who was hated by his own people. While USA's justification for invasion was wrong, Sadam was a piece of shit and deserved to get overthrown.
